What we collect and why
This website has no enquiry form. If you phone, email or visit us, we keep the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, address and a description of your job. We use these only to reply to you, arrange a home measure and provide a quote. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and customer records for as long as required for accounting and warranty purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to how we use it and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they find useful. It sets cookies that record anonymous usage statistics, such as pages viewed and the general area a visit comes from. We use this only to improve the website, and it is processed by Google under Google's privacy policy. We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. We do not use advertising cookies.
Our contact page offers an optional Google Map, which only loads when you click to show it. Google may set cookies when the map loads, under Google's privacy policy.
